Speak Up For Women

CONTENT WARNING - swearing and sexual themes.
In this episode Speak Up For Women spokeswoman Ani O'Brien (@aniobrien) is joined by Dr Holly Lawford-Smith (she doesn't have a Twitter account as she has been banned) to discuss the vitriol lesbians face in the "rainbow community" and the challenges of dating when you've been dubbed a "terf". They also discuss how philosophy and academia have been affected by identity politics relating to sex and gender and why Holly has a warrant out on her for a citizen's arrest.

Holly Lawford-Smith is an academic and senior lecturer in philosophy at the University of Melbourne. She is also an Associate Editor for the Journal of Applied Philosophy, and an Editorial Board member for the Journal of Political Philosophy and the Journal of Controversial Ideas.
